2. Advertiser Terms & Media Booking

Advertisers and agencies booking screen inventory through The Hype Loop agree to the following terms:

• All advertising creatives must comply with applicable Indian advertising standards (ASCI) and local municipal guidelines.
• Prohibited content includes misleading claims, adult content, gambling, hate speech, and copyright-infringing media.
• Campaign fees are billed according to the agreed flight duration, screen count, and loop frequency. Invoices are generated automatically in your advertiser dashboard.
• Proof of play logs and telemetry data provided on the dashboard constitute verifiable confirmation of ad delivery.

3. Publisher & Screen Host Terms

Venue partners, building associations, and display owners utilizing The Hype Loop CMS agree:

• To maintain display hardware and internet connectivity to achieve reasonable uptime for scheduled ad flights.
• That revenue sharing payouts are calculated based on verified ad play telemetry and paid out according to the agreed monthly cycle.
• Publishers retain full rights to blacklist specific brand categories that conflict with their venue policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Hype Loop platform, software players, logos, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Adloop Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Advertisers retain full ownership of their submitted creative assets.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Hype Loop strives for 99.8% screen uptime but is not liable for temporary hardware failures, local power cuts, or third-party internet outages beyond our reasonable control. Make-good impressions or flight extensions will be provided for verified disruptions.
