Registration and Approval

Registration

Space owners can register through our website or sales team.

Field Audit

Site visit to assess foot traffic, visibility, and suitability.

Approval

Formal notification of the decision for display installation.

Location and Suitability Criteria

Our salesperson will verify your location meets key criteria for displays and advertising:

  • High foot traffic area
  • Good visibility from roads/walkways
  • Reliable power source availability
  • Space for display installation

Installation and Maintenance

TV Installation

Hype Loop is responsible for the professional installation of the digital signage display. This includes providing and setting up a cellular internet dongle to ensure reliable internet connectivity.

TV Maintenance

We handle all maintenance and repairs. Scheduled maintenance occurs every 3 months. Our team will coordinate a convenient time for the technician to visit.

Space Owner Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a safe and secure location for the display and ensuring a reliable power source.

Display Usage and Content

Content Management

We manage all content displayed on the screen, ensuring it adheres to local advertising regulations.

Operation

You'll receive a dongle and app for basic functions (on/off). Minimal control over content selection is available with our approval.

TV Uptime Requirements

Please turn on the TV each morning and leave it on throughout the day. Extended periods of downtime will affect your commission for those days.

Commission and Payment

Structure

Commission is based on the number of ads displayed and the total running time of the display each day. Net amount is paid after applicable TDS deductions.

Schedule

Commissions are paid monthly between the 25th and 30th day. Bank details are collected during registration.

Termination and Ban Clause

Space Owner Reasons

  • Failure to maintain a safe/secure location or power source.
  • Repeated downtime without prior notification.
  • Damage caused to display by owner actions.
  • Violation of any terms or policy guidelines.

Hype Loop Reasons

  • Business decisions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Failure to maintain or repair display promptly.
  • Violation of any terms or conditions of Agreement.

Note: Termination due to violation by Space Owner makes you ineligible for future partnerships. Hype Loop will remove displays within 10-12 business days and settle outstanding commissions within 10-15 business days.

Data Security and Privacy

Ownership

Hype Loop owns all data collected (anonymized foot traffic/demographics).

Security

We implement rigorous measures to safeguard any collected data.

Compliance

Adherence to all relevant national data privacy regulations.
